We understand that new home construction and ownership takes cash and credit that either you do not have at this time or do not want to use on your sod and sprinkler project. So, we have decided to once again offer a new 12 month interest free if paid in full by the end of the term finance program to our clients. The program does require approved credit and there are minimum monthly payments required. All interest will accrue and will be become payable if the balance is not paid in full by the end of the 12 months. Please see the terms and conditions.
